Was such a pleasure doing Lily's hair and makeup for her year 10 formal. When I first arrived lily had long straight hair almost down to her waist! after styling her vintage waves and 40's inspired makeup with a bold red lip, she looked so beautiful, grown up and mature.
This meant the world to be able to make her feel great before her important night. I remember my year 10 formal, which made such an impact on my life, as watching the makeup artist transform me played a big part inspiring my choice of career.
"I'm sure you always get this type of messages, but I would just like to thank you for doing my hair and make up for my formal. I couldn't possibly ask for any better! I didn't have any worries about the hair coming undone at all, and I've checked the lipstick a few times and it didn't rub off one bit. My friends and teachers gave me so many compliments on how I looked that I didn't quite know how to respond to them and still be modest .
It was just such a special night. It wouldn't have been the same without your help. So thank you so so much for everything.
